Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens

Spacious rooms. Clean. Big outdoor area. Lovely pool areas. Good amount of parking. Had everything we neede.

Door lock took time to master the knack

location of suites short walk to Port and town. The security guard was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was right by exit so minimal walking to exit complex. pool facilities available.

couldn't lower shutters in living room as didn't lower to the ground and door lock broken so security was inadequate for the property. some of the photos used didn't look like this property.

Location was great

The apartment wasn’t very clean and needed sone maintenance work done. The fridge door was broken and we didn’t have a pillow for our youngest. Poor lighting in the evening

these suites look very pleasant and calming with many swimming pools but all closed after I was confirmed multiple times that it was opened

Swimming pools were all closed so due to them being shut we bought an inflatable pool for a 5 year old which we placed outside beside one of the main pools close by to our suitte as he didn't understand why pools were closed and neighbours complained about the 5 year old making noise while playing and singing in the pool so we were told to move it into our garden which had no sunlight reallt due to the roof and on day 2 neighbour complained again about noise being made in the pool but this time the pool was in our garden. Also very unhygienic and not very clean I found a pair of tights that smelt quite old underneath my bed along with a load of dust and a empty coke bottle, neighbour also had a big bagguete tied outside in-between our doors and pigeons kept coming to eat it and sh*ting everywhere, Was also told that there was a gas barbecue available in the suitte which the barbecue was there but with no gas, gas needed to be bought separately costing €20 for a big gas tank with no small ones avaliable and log taxi journey on the way to back tank and back to the suitte costing another €20 for the tank of gas to be used for the 3 days was staying here. although I never saw any staff around other than security, a very nice guy, tried to help me out a few times.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Great location, next to pool. Easy to walk to restaurants etc. Host was fantastic, contacting and checking if all was ok. Will definitely recommend.
