Beautiful Duquesa Harbour apt 2001

The location of the property is excellent, quiet part of port plus being a solo holiday I feel really safe. This was my second visit and just felt good when I arrived this year.

No issues with the property

Location though weekends very noisy

Damp smell on arrival. 2nd bedroom a cupboard with no window. Shower old and disgusting, and constantly overflowed. Then major flood which went all over bathroom, hall and bedroom. Broken balcony furniture which was replaced. Kitchen old. Apartment needs updating badly. Would never deal with zap holidays again .

The location was fabulous for the port and restaurants. 10/10 for this. The place was a nice size, had excellent air con and plenty of towels were provided. The balcony was huge and a good place to relax. They had a canopy above so you could shade yourself from the sun too but you could also wind it back to get full sun. It wasn't noisy at all in the port and we would consider it a place to stay again. There is plenty of free parking around the port too if you have a hire car and it was perfectly safe too.

A couple of things to note..... In the pictures of the balcony there are 2 nice lounge chairs and a table but when we arrived these were not at the property so maybe the pictures should be updated to reflect this as currently this is a little misleading. Also the main table & chairs on the balcony had 2 broken chairs which no one informed us about? One was in a terrible state and we had to report this to Zap Holidays as we did not want to loose our deposit (which they noted and did not charge us for). These kinds of things should be rectified before new people stay, or you should let people know.
