Lo mejor desde luego la piscina y zonas comunes, el acceso directo a la playa.y la plaza de aparcamiento en garaje.

La casa estaría muy bien si tuviera un mantenimiento correcto: los baños necesitan remodelación, la bañera está picada y con óxido, las mampara están muy sucias en la base con muchos restos de cal y moho acumulado. Tambien ocurre que a distintas horas sube un hedor a tubería insoportable del baño grande, que si dejas la puerta abierta se expande por toda la casa. Horrible. A nuestra llegada el microondas no funcionaba, lo comunicamos a la empresa que gestiona el alquiler y no lo han repuesto en todos los días que hemos estado (un 10 para Booking que ha atendido nuestra reclamación). La nevera es de risa, está debajo de la encimera y tiene menos capacidad que el hueco de un lavavajillas, solo puedes meter 4 cosas. Si bien la ubicación es buena, tiene el problema de que la fachada del apartamento da a la zona del puerto, y como está lleno de restaurantes, pubs y bares para extranjeros el ruido nocturno que llega es bastante notorio. A este precio, hemos estado en alojamientos muy superiores en calidad y comodidad.

The location is fabulous, and the view from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen that is modern. The lounge is pleasantly decorated, but we did not use it as it was far too hot. The staff at Costa Holidays responded quickly to my requests to change some of the items on arrival. Overall, this was not 3 stars due to the standards of hygiene we found on arrival.

The smell from air con and drains on arrival was overwhelming.The apartment felt grubby and cleanliness was poor. Floor and work surfaces in some rooms were dirty. The fridge had not been cleaned. We found all bed pillows and bed linen were aged, yellowing and stained , the mattress protectors too were stained and had not been washed for a good while.The outdoor plastic reclining chairs were dangerous as broken reported on arrival but never replaced so did not sit on balcony. I had to ask that toilet brushes were taken away as they were unhygienic from previous use. This apartment could be amazing if only standards of hygiene and health and safety were improved Finally, as previous guests have mentioned, we couldn't use the air conditioning as it smelt awful. Once we had kept it switched off and doors opened, the flat was ok.. The railing on the outdoor patio is wobbly and needs attention it had been tied up with a rope. The outdoor pool area is pleasant, but the beds are not always safe as old. The paving around pool was in need of cleaning with cig ends discarded.

Location was perfect, close to the beach and port and the view was lovely. But the traffic made it too noisy for us. Apartment was very modern and clean and really well equipped with everything you might need.
