The view of the ocean

The noise levels were excessive throughout our stay. Other guests frequently played loud music on portable speakers, which could be heard across the property. Although this was reported to management, we were informed that music is permitted between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday environment. Security is also a concern, as the gate access code appears to remain unchanged and is shared among all guests over an extended period. The kitchen utensils and equipment were outdated and could benefit from being refreshed or replaced. Our unit did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during warmer periods. In addition, no cleaning services were provided during our stay, and guests are expected to clean the unit before checkout, which was disappointing. Overall, there is room for improvement in guest comfort, security, and amenities.

The location and easy access to the beach. The swimming pool and the covered braai facility. We had everything we needed to enjoy our Holiday.

Our internet was not working in the unit, even after a few attempts. Robert was very helpful. The black Mould in the bathroom with the Shower (ceiling ) and in the shower. We would have loved a window in the 2nd bedroom for ventilation.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

I loved the entire experience while I was there, the place itself exceeded my expectations. The place is in a peaceful environment, the views are outstanding. It was amazing, we didn't even want to leave. All facilities were catered for, no need to go outside for a good experience. We will definitely come back another time and recommend it to someone else.

We were confused about laundry services being available or not, we got 2 different communications, one on the rules given to us saying you can go to reception and ask for laundry detergent and they would be provided for you but at the reception window where notices are pasted on the glass wall, it was written no laundry service, furthermore there were times where there was no one at reception to clarify.
