The water crisis

Dear Booking Team I am writing to formally raise my serious concerns regarding the unacceptable condition of the accommodation I occupied on the 10th December 2025. The state of the premises was entirely inconsistent with the standards represented at the time of booking and fell far below what any reasonable guest would expect. Upon entering the property, I immediately detected a strong and unpleasant odour, which I later traced to unwashed grilling pans and cooking equipment that had clearly not been cleaned. I wish to place on record that I have sufficient photographic evidence to substantiate this. In addition to this, the bathrooms were visibly dirty and unsanitary, and several of the appliances were rusted and in poor condition. Furthermore, one of the three bedroom lights was not functioning, indicating poor maintenance and adding to the overall inconvenience experienced. The general hygiene and condition of the premises reflected a clear lack of proper care and upkeep, rendering the accommodation unsuitable for occupation. Further to this I am a vegetarian and find this rather offensive to be exposed to such conditions. Due to these conditions, I had no option but to vacate the property the very next day and secure alternative accommodation at my own expense. This was an inconvenience and financial burden that arose solely because the premises were not provided in a clean, safe, or habitable condition.The date and time stamps or the photos will show my early exit. In light of the above, I hereby request: A full and immediate refund of all amounts paid for the booking; and Written confirmation of the steps you intend to take to address the serious hygiene and maintenance concerns raised. Please treat this correspondence as a formal notice of complaint. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days, I reserve all rights to pursue further remedies available to me under applicable consumer protection and contractual law.

Cutlery was enough, shops are around the corner, sea view and the prices are reasonable, we really enjoyed our stay and not forgetting how nice the stuff are.And also playing area for kids👌we left one of my kids shoes but we found them, like it shows that they're well trained. And for the amazing service thank you so much. God bless you.
