Absolutely nothing

Our room was invested with cockroaches they moved us to another room but clearly not maintained the cupboards are damaged, bathroom falling apart for the money we paid was definitely terrible and we did not enjoy our stay at all.

"Worst stay ever"

Just the view

The photos on the website are very outdated. There were cochroachs everywhere, even in the fridge. Washing machine was dirty. Sliding door didn't lock. Place wasn't cleaned before we got there, found used razer blades in the bathroom, open cream and shampoo bottles. Tools were left in the bathrooms and cupboards, which was dangerous as we had 3 small kiddies with us. TV wasn't working. So for the price we paid it was a rip off.

"Very disappointed by the exterior"

Nothing. The exterior was the worse. Main Gate closed and had to use the small road leading to the place, not a good drive at all. No facilities for kids, pool not functioning. Very traumatic

Improve on access, improve on the exterior which was pathetic . Open Main Gate and sort out your pins on google. Add facilities for kids, fix the pool

"Owner of friendly but her team let's her down"

Location

I tried to overlook a few things but Unfortunately the last day leaves me no choice. The cleaber sprayed doom but insisted there's no roaches. Ok on our last day, the cleaner came in at 9h50 and when we asked her to give us 10min (I was still getting dressed), she asked to wait at the balcony. Then a few minutes she was joined by another lady who was loud on a call and I think there to check on our stay. We literally finished packing infront of them.. I've never felt so rushed and uncomfortable.

"an amazing stay"

Clean beautiful facility, easy to locate, very friendly staff. very affordable

the swimming pool had no water :(
