The property is nicely located and it’s a few steps from the beach, it has a really good pool area with braai facilities

The property didn’t seem like it was well maintained , the lift was always dirty and had a bad smell , the area is a bit dodgy and busy which made it difficult for the kids to take a walk cause it didn’t seem safe.
