Sehr schöne ruhige Lage am Rande von Maribor! Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, TOP Ausstattung. Und Abends eine super Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir haben oft die MBAJK Fahrräder genutzt um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Hello, very poor communication with FLA Ltd, the company that rents the apartment, firstly they don't reply to emails after a few days or at all. They are not available on the phone, although they advertise that they are available 24/7. Nobody could be reached in person at the company's address in Ljubljana either. We also had problems almost every day with a neighbor who lives in the building. The strangest thing is that they want a deposit of 250 euros for the apartment and do not give it back to us at the end when we checked out. There are no blackout curtains in the apartment and no curtains at all, so it is too bright in the bedrooms in the morning. At night, the noise of passers-by on the street penetrates the apartment. When we rented the apartment, there was no mention of having to send personal documents via an unknown xyz app. Also, we overpaid for the apartment on the booking page because the company FLA d.o.o. states completely different prices for renting this apartment on their site. In addition, they have an ALEX-a device in the apartment, which we did not like because in this way they get the personal data of the tenants of this apartment without our consent. In any case, we do not recommend this apartment because it is a scam and the company that rents it is very irresponsible and irrelevant!!!! SCAM Company - AVOID

Spacious apartment, full of light (large windows), and very quiet area. Walking distance to the city centre. The cleaning was remarkable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garage was very useful. The furniture is new and the view from the windows is stunning. The communication with the hosts was very good, they are careful and helpful. Absolutely remarkable accommodation, with a lot to offer.
