Lancing beach apartment.

The location is perfect with fantastic views and the property is exceptionally spacious with quality fittings and furniture.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location. The view. The TV. The comfort and apartment supplies. The ease of contact with owners.

Not a major issue but would have liked a microwave.

Amazing location, we really enjoyed the wonderful view of the sea. Great accommodation, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The Perch was a lovely addition and we had a lovely breakfast too.

We had to stay on a side road, (which we did find, even on a Friday night) as no overnight parking in the car park.

Unbelievable view would love to come back in the summer.

Beautifully located on the beach, literally a stone’s from the water. Fantastic open plan living space with sliding glass doors facing the sea. A very well appointed kitchen if you enjoy cooking, which I do. Parking a short walk away at £4 per day, free between 20.00 and 08.00. access to the downstairs gym and great food downstairs at ‘The Perch’

Stayed for work whilst in the area, brilliant modern apartment, and unspoiled views of the sea.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The front door doesn't hang properly so the catch doesn't fully fit into the lock. There was a gap through which we could see the hallway. At night it rattled because of the high wind and the bedroom door also rattled. The weather was really bad with heavy rain which came through the bottom of the huge glass doors and settled in the runners and spiled over onto the floor. We had to put bath towels down to soak up all the water. The handle on the glass door to the balcony is broken so we didn't want to risk opening it.
