House Rogla Jurgovo a Skiin Skiout Riverside

The location is probably the best location on the whole hill if you want a genuine ski/nature experience. The hosts are friendly and professional. I would recommend this to place to anyone visiting Rogla.

Was tired of the omnipresence of the hosts and a batch of unnecessary information that diminished the simplicity I usualy expect from Booking.

Absolutely quiet and relax

We decided last minute to stay over in the Jurgovo Apartments, because of a tent leakage and the urge to find a dry and nice place. We (and our dogs) had a very warm welcome by Svit and Marko and everything could be arranged if we asked for it. The place is perfect for so called 'rest-seekers'. It's a (small) half our drive to a supermarket or restaurant (on a macadam road). The apartments are basic and clean; everything you need is present, but if you want a all-inclusive hotelexperience, you're at the wrong place. The whole apartmentbuilding is self-sufficient, what really suits in the area (Natura 2000). There are a lot of things to do in the area; we like to hike and explore, and had a really nice stay. Because of that, we decided to stay longer and enjoy more of the services and the beautiful surroundings (and wine). For now we stayed in the summer, but we can imagine that it is also a fantastic place to stay in the winter (there's a ski-area near the apartments). Thank you a lot for making our vacation this great after the bad luck we suffered!

To be fair: we liked our stay and the service a lot, but we were a little bit disappointed about the extra fees on the dogs, the linen and the cleaning áfter booking our stay (so you cannot cancel the apartment anymore and have to pay the fees). We think it's fair to be transparant about these fees in the description. A dog above 10 kg is €15 per night. Linen and cleaning are around €30 each. Small thing: maybe a higher attachment point for the showerhead, so we don't have to hold it anymore. :)

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. Lovely, quiet and remote location. With enough things to do in the surrounding area. Very helpful hosts. Also their flexibility about our (unexpected) number of dogs is very much appreciated.

The communication between owner and hosts was a bit chaotic. But in the end all worked out fine. For us it wasn't a problem. But the nearest store is at least 15min driving (on a dirt road).

The apartment is located in the middle of the woods, surrounded by pure nature. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and pet-friendly. The hosts were very kind.

This is a nice stand along house in the middle of the forest, just next to the ski lift. Very nice and helpful hosts.

One has to drive >20 min to the nearest restaurant or grocery. One has to pay extra for the towels and bed sheets.
