Buon appartamento ben arredato e pulito, caldo e accogliente!

Parcheggio molto difficoltoso da trovare

Apartament bardzo duży, czysty, z tarasem. Klimatyzacja działa świetnie, co w bardzo ciepłe dni jest ukojeniem. Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna, do pkp dosłownie 1 minuta , to samo do autobusu zawożącego do innych fajniejszych plaż. Do plaży miejskiej dosłownie max 10 minut na piechotę, ale woda mało przejrzysta. 5 minut od apartamentu znajduje się świetny plac zabaw i supermarket. Apartament jest na ostatnim piętrze, ale jest windą.

Właściwie nie ma takiej rzeczy, choć uprzedzam,że taras ma wysokie ściany i siedząc nie ma żadnego widoku.

Close to the train station, close to city center, 5 mins to the coast, superb apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom, large bedrooms. We rented 3 apartments for our team, the biggest was a very nice rooftop apartment with small terraces, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large living room.

One of our bedroom had 2 small (spare) beds.

The location is great and close to everything

It can be noisy in evenings but That is only due to location is next to the train and bus station

The location is great! In the heart of Rapallo - in front of the train station! Clean rooms! We enjoyed to be in the center of the city. It is not far from the beach.

A bit disappointing for three reasons: - Air-con not properly working - Balcony is an inbuilt balcony - no view to the street - Poor internet Air-con: Unfortunately, the aircon is centralised and has limitations. We had an average temperature of 28 °C in all rooms. That was unfortunate, because we booked this apartment as an aircon-system was indicated. The Official definition of an air-con system is that it regulates to a temperature between 18 - 24 ° C. Therefore, it was too hot in the rooms during the day and above all during the night. We contacted the host. A person was supposed to check and to help us, but we did not see really any actions. Balcony: The apartment has three balconies. Unfortunately, these balconies are in-built. Therefore, you don't have any view to the street. Our expectation was to sit on the balcony and to see the street below. But this is not possible due to the design of the balconies. After while, it feels that you are "isolated" in the rooms. Poor internet: There is only a weak connection. Use of internet is therefore very limited.
