"Very Good"

The flat is very nicely decorated and has all the facilities one needs.

It is located above a pipe smoking bar, and the smell was all over the place. We were not ready for passive smoking, this is huge disadvantage of the place.

"An absolutely perfect stay offering phenomenal value, a fully-equipped apartment, and a truly wonder"

10/10! An absolutely incredible stay. The apartment was in pristine condition and equipped with everything we could possibly imagine—we wanted for nothing. Honestly, the price is incredibly low for the high quality you receive; it is amazing value for money. The host was exceptional: incredibly helpful, attentive, and caring. As a wonderful bonus, they speak perfectly fluent Russian! I cannot recommend this place enough.

There was some noise outside the apartment on our first day, though it quieted down after 11:00 PM. It seemed like a one-time issue that future guests probably won't experience. However, since we had a long day and wanted to go to sleep early.

Внимательная и дружелюбная хозяйка. Расположение-50 м до пляжа. Но если вы были в Протарасе или Ая-Напе, купаться здесь вам не захочется.

Останавливались во второй раз через 10 дней перед вылетом. Цена уже была на 15 € больше. В первый раз поставили 10, но обратили внимание хозяйки на сломанный блок от роллетов в спальне, из-за которого и шум с улицы сильнее и свет. Вообщем, если со снотворным, берушами и маской для сна можно пробовать.

Апартаменты абсолютно соответствуют описанию и фотографиям. Все продумано до мелочей. Изумительная и отзывчивая хозяйка. До пляжа 50 метров. Рядом с квартирой множество кафе и ресторанов, мы брали гигантскую вкуснейшую пиццу за 11.5 €. Рядом автостанция междугородная. После Протараса снова забронировали на сутки перед вылетом. До аэропорта 7 км.

Шум с улицы. Слабая звукоизоляция.

Расположение супер , моря в минуте , квартира была на столько уютная , балкон это был отдельный вайб , завтраки все четыре дня проходили на свежем воздухе . Что хочу отметить ! Я много где путешествую и меня очень подкупают мелкие детали в виде Кофе , воды в холодильнике , стиральный порошок ❤️ Обычно прилетишь утром, хочешь выпить кофе а его нет в квартире, ты уставший ищи кофейню. Супер всем рекомендую эту квартиру . Хозяйка , это отдельный комплимент ) дружелюбная , отвечает быстро , просто супер 20/10❤️
