Collecting the room & lift keys at B2 Level is quite scary. No phone signal and quiet place. At the same time looking for lobby lift is quite tiring as at the same time customer have to carry their own luggage or belonging along.
ESThe apartment has nice views of the city and has a really nice infinity pool. You can make your own laundry and shopping downstairs cause it was located in the city center.
It is located quite faraway of the city center, we needed like 20 min with grab because of the traffic jams that were quite common. The Appartment was smaller than expected and the cleaning could be quite improved.
MYThe location is very strategic near to hot spot in KCH. Customer service is ready to help you anytime. Can make your own meals since have the kitchenette.
1. As I travel from KL, the instructions were not so clear upon arrival. Having difficulties to park the car since I need to go in and out for several times to get the access card & parking ticket. It is good to show the single picture of every cards & their functions so that customer will know what to expect when arrive. 2. The apartment keys were hard to be insert and pull out. Get stuck and struggle to lock the door. Maybe can invest by using access card/password in future? 3. No mirror provided in room, only got one in toilet. Imagine need to do make up in toilet room? It is dirty. 4. No carpet provided at outside toilet. Need to walk out to your bed with the wet feets? A big no.
EEThere was gym and rooftop infinity pool! The apartement itself was clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful.
The area around the building is empty, there is long walk to the Riverside and other places. The groundfloor food court and shop is really poor and seems that better days of this building is gone
