Mei Mei the staff incharge was super really nice. She facilitates and gives crystal clear explanation since day 1 booking till refunding deposit time.. even though our communication only through WhatsApp.

I don’t like nothing. Everything was superb. Staff ( Mei Mei) and the suite. Both are really great👍🏻

Aircon leak water . No Aircon to sleep for 2 nights. No immediate action from owner after we report Aircon leaking water. No one came to repair the Aircon. We continue to stay till Last day with a spoil Aircon leaking water. Why we(customers) has to self clean water from a spoil Aircon. We have elder we need to dry floor in case fall down. Another room not clean properly. Think layer of dust under the bed. Bedsheets and blanket maybe not be washed or replace to fresh set when we Check-In. Dust caused us to sneeze from Day 1 to 4. Under bed is thick layer of dust. Toilet bowl choked. Cannot do full flash,hv to do multiple flashes . Beds are hard. Cannot sleep well. Toilet paper rolls on 3 rolls for 2 bath rooms for 4D3N. How is it sufficient as we have 6 people. Only 1 access card given,caused great inconvenience. Terrible experience

Water has lots of chlorine create a bit uncomfortable sensation to the hair and skin.
