The location of the property is great.

The smell at the entrance is too strong maybe they need to fix some pipes or something. The rooms can hear everything from the outside, so that means no sound proofing.

soundproofing , the door to the street is wood and not sound proof , and there is a glass door in hallway when someone close it it make a huge noise so it wake you up if you sleeping
