Közel volt a parthoz, illetve egy pár perc sétára éttermek és kisboltok voltak. A szállás tiszta volt.

Érdekes környéken volt, a sarki boltnál este rendszeresen részeg emberek ittak.

Excellent ! The apartment was so comfy and well equipped. Specially kitchen appliances if you like to cook a meal. Located in a quiet street just less than 8 minutes walking to the Main Street and beach. All apartments have their own coffee table and chairs outside and also your own rack to hang towels and beach clothes.

Not to dislike but main doors have a small window on top so it gets pretty bright inside (early morning). Just in case you face some trouble sleeping.

The location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the main beach, Larnaca promenade, and all the important spots in the city, including shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and come equipped with the essential amenities needed if you want to cook a quick meal at home. Very grateful to Konstantinos, who was always available to help us and offer great advice. He graciously agreed to a late check-out.

While the bathroom is a bit small, it is well-appointed with all the necessary conveniences.

trebuie sa platesti pentru servicii de schimbare a prosoapelor sau lenjeriei de pat, camerele nu sunt izolate aproape de loc fonic (tamplăria geamurilor sau a usii) se aude zgomotul masinilor care trec pe stradă, zici că trec prin fata usii tale (desi camerele erau in spatele curtii).

Excellent Stay with Just a Few Minor Tweaks Needed We recently booked two studios at this property, and overall, we had a really wonderful experience. The Pros: Cleanliness, Location, and Hospitality First and foremost, the location is fantastic—extremely close to both the beach and a great selection of local restaurants. The studios themselves were absolutely spotless. It is incredibly clear that the owner puts a massive emphasis on cleanliness, which we highly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and come equipped with the essential amenities needed if you want to whip up a quick meal at home. Outside, there is a charming courtyard featuring individual tables, chairs, and a drying rack for each studio—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hospitality was another major highlight. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check into one of the rooms early so we could change, leave our luggage, and get some rest. He also provided us with a fantastic list of local recommendations and restaurants, constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. To top it off, he graciously agreed to a late check-out for one of the studios.

The Cons: A Couple of Things to Keep in Mind On the downside, there is a small local market right on the corner where groups of men tend to gather in the evenings. While this is absolutely not the owner's fault, it didn't feel entirely safe or comfortable for an all-girls trip. I am only mentioning this so future guests have all the necessary context before booking. Additionally, we experienced a significant delay (around 1 to 2 hours) in receiving the key for our second studio. When you arrive after a very long journey, waiting around is the last thing you want to deal with.

Very close to everything, from the center to the beaches to the marina, very clean and a pleasant and good atmosphere.

Everything was great, except for one small thing: if you’re a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the noise from passing cars, so I recommend bringing earplugs. However, the owner is really nice and helped us with everything we needed. Other than that, I highly recommend this place😁
