Prima Gardens City Studios

Very good location. The beach, the restaurants, bars and the bus stops were all a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Our host was always readily available for anything that we needed, very quick message responses and with anything that we needed in the studio. We had all the amenities that were listed, the studio was spotless and the whole property was clean in general. Easy check in and check out.

I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Six (I think) great studio apartments set around an inner courtyard. The location is on a quiet side street, but 8 minutes walk to dozens of bars, restaurants and the main beach area. They seem recently done as they are modern, clean, and very well equipped, with way more space than a standard hotel room. They are also extremely secure. Self check in was easy, and Constantinos is a great guy who will do anything to help you. He is always onsite and kindly gave us a 3pm check out to facilitate our later flight. Very very good, and we highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close by everything in Larnaca. Would 100% stay again as this was money well spent. 😎

Nothing. It would have been great to have a Smart tv for Netflix etc but that’s a very minor suggestion.

The staff was so wonderful and helpful, the property was clean and comfortable, the location is quite close to everything you need there. We were very impressed and will surely come back again.

Well-maintained apartment with all the essential comforts. The location is excellent—just a short walk from both the city center and the beach. The owner is incredibly kind and always available for any need. Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend this place! Firstly, the host was one of the kindest and most attentive/helpful I have met in a while. Every issue we had, every request or question was met with a fast response and willingness to resolve it. The studio is very well equipped, clean, comfortable - looks exactly like in the pictures. Our room was on the ground floor, so it was always cool, we could spend the night without an AC on. You can hear some sounds from the street or cars passing by but it's not loud or disturbing. The location is central, you find the beach, the old town, and countless cafes/restaurants right around the corner.

It was super clean and the host was really friendly, ready to help with any of your needs. The location was also very good, just a short walk to the beach.
