Upstairs was very comfortable. It was easy to warm when we arrived on an unseasonably chilly evening. The location is perfect - five minutes walk from a range of restaurants in Langtree Avenue and within ten minutes of the Arts Centre. No need to drive to eat out or attend the theatre and gallery.

While there was nothing that we really didn't like, the oven took some time to discover how to operate the various settings, and the lighting around the keypads was insufficient at night to use without car lights to assist.
