Wir legen Wert auf Alleinnutzung und große Wohnungen/Häuser in guter Lage. Dies wurde zu 100% erfüllt. Überdachter und sicherer Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. 2 min bis zum Badestrand, riesige Terrasse. Einrichtungsstil der Wohnung ist etwas speziell, aber man kann darüber hinwegsehen.

Das Haus speichert enorm Wärme, was das Schlafen nachts sehr erschwert. Ventilatoren wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, Klimaanlage wäre definitiv die bessere Lösung. Küche, Küchengeräte & Küchenutensilien sind schon stark in die Jahre gekommen. Terassentisch und Couch müssten auch mal erneuert werden.
