Recht gut gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Laut. Besonders bei geöffneten Fenstern. Parkhaus direkt unter der Haus. Allerdings ist die Parksituation im Parkhaus chaotisch organisiert. Wenn man den Zugang von der Straße zum richtigen Fahrstuhl ins Parkhaus nicht kennt, ist man unten im Parkhaus völlig aufgeschmissen. Keine logische Beschriftung zum notwendigen Fahrstuhl erkennbar.
