Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Csendes, kellemes környezet. Jó ár-érték arány. Megfelelő kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Kényelmesen tágas fürdőszoba.

Az ágy kicsit már gödrös, ráférne vagy egy matrac- vagy egy keretcsere. A pókok, illetve a konyhai lámpa légytetemeinek eltakarítása növelné a komfortérzetet.
