Cozy Apartment with Balkony City Center Leipzig

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was gebraucht wurde, war sehr sauber, und trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Check In kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Gute Kommunikation des Vermieters per Narichten. Es wird alles so erklärt das jeder es versteht ( Check In, Schlüssel usw.) Wir hatten Glück und ein öffentlicher Parkplatz war frei und direkt vor der Tür. Trotz vielen Treppen würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen 😀

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war etwas klein, zudem etwas unbequem, aber aushaltbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, kein Aufzug vorhanden ( dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts) also Ärmel hoch Krempeln und koffer hoch/runter tragen.

The Apartment is on the 5th floor and no Lift

The apartment is very lovely and quiet, a short walk from the center, with a beautiful balcony.

Climbing 6 floors with a suitcase was very difficult, would not stay there again with a lot of luggage. The key is in a box that is very difficult to open if you have long nails, it took me like 10 minutes of panicking until I finally got it to open. Most of the plates and cups were dirty, with dry food stains all over them, yuck!

This attic apartment had a washer and dryer, kitchen, patio, bath tub, shower, and a comfortable king bed. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. There was a grocery very close and the tram ran right in front of the place, very conveniently. We walked to Mitte often (15 minutes), and loved the calm neighborhood and access to parks and transit. The patio overlooks the backs of neighbors' houses and trees, and there are birds of all kinds chirping. They even controlled the light in the bedroom with excellent light-blocking screens.

Very minor things--we were supplied one roll of toilet paper for a 5-day stay and one key. There were also no extra linens or pillows, so you get what you get. The one key thing became an issue if we wanted to split up and do our own thing mainly because there's 12 flights of stairs between the door where the key is stored and the apartment (sixth floor). Running up and down the stairs to put the key away and hoping the door stays open is not a great game to play. There was also no fan--we stayed at a good time of year, and it was breezy (which would choose doors), but if it were summer, no fan and AC would be awful. I recommend having two keys or a small lockbox at the apartment door, extra linens available (towels, sheets) and at least a fan. Again MINOR. The place was really great and comfortable to stay in, at least in May. The neighborhood and quality of the apartment was fantastic.
