Everything about this place is good except for two big things.

The door that exits the building is incredibly loud despite having a 'soft close' mechanism on it. So if you're staying in apartment 1A or anywhere on the ground floor you will be rudely awakened by the steady stream of people leaving for work between 6-7am. Also, the apartment absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting and hit us in the face every time we walked through the front door. This isn't just like the people who stayed before us smoked one time, this is the result of long term smoking, and it is foul.

The location was great - easy to reach from the train station. The apartment was clean, very quiet, and spacious, which made the stay comfortable.

My request for an early check-in was only partially addressed. The host uses a specific app that releases the access code only after a countdown ends, but the app didn’t work properly. When the timer finished, no code was provided. I had to contact the host several times to get it - he said it was sent to my email, but I never received it, so I had to restart the app multiple times until the code finally appeared. Also, although the host had trouble arranging early check-in, the cleaner came about half an hour before checkout time, knocked on the door asking when we would leave, and waited outside until we finished. It felt a bit uncomfortable, especially since we were still within our allowed checkout time.

Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Zentrum von Leipzig. Unkomplizierter Check-in über Zahlen Code, wir haben allerdings erst nach mehrmaligem Probieren das Schloss geknackt, kleiner Tipp, zuerst die Klingel mit der Wohnungsnummer drücken, dann den Code eingeben, dann bestätigen und die Haustür lässt sich öffnen, genauso geht's mit der Wohnungstür, am besten im Dunkeln alles mit Taschenlampe ausleuchten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wer gewohnt ist bei absoluter Ruhe zu schlafen, muss leider die Fenster zulassen, das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wir haben zu Dritt für eine Nacht im Apartment 101 gewohnt und kommen gerne wieder.
