LIANA SEAVIEW & BEACH - apartment

Fantastic view from the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, and it has lots of utensils to use. It's easy to drive downtown, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. Bakery, restaurant, and grocery are downstairs, and a big supermarket is within 15 minutes by walk. Parking is easy to find if we come back before 7:30pm, otherwise, there is a large free parking lot 10 minutes away by walk.

The second bathroom is very small and smells from sewer.

Stunnnig view from the nice balcony. In the apartment was everything what we expected. The apartment is located in nice, calm area with local bar and shops. Everything was great! Highly reccomend !

apartment is quite small, especially bathrooms appartment has been renovated, but “cheaply” - paint over old tiles - which now pealing old kitchen, old sofa bad small gets into apartment through the kitchen ventilation

Great facilities in the apartment, very clean, a wonderful view, quiet and a good location with great cafes, shops and transport near by. A nice beach in close proximity.

The apartment was pleasant at first sight. Tastefully furnished. Very clean. The host was very friendly and gave us all the necessary advice. The location is wonderful. A wonderful view of the sea. 10 minutes to the train station. The area is in zone 1, direct line to the city, to the main square. A good starting point to all sides of the city. The public transport here is perfectly arranged and the car was completely unnecessary for us. We parked it in front of the block and left it there. We were lucky that there was a free parking lot. However, the owner offered us parking in the garage for €10 per day, if we could not find a free parking space. Everything was needed in the apartment: shampoos, soaps, dish towels, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster... in short, everything and more. The cupboard also contained oil, various vinegars, tea bags and some refills for the coffee machine. THE BEDS WERE THE BEST EVER. There is a shop around the corner, also a bakery. Basically everything was TOP. We'll be back here.

The agent who received us was nice and we could pay an extra of €10 a day for parking inside the building. We stayed for 7 nights, so €70. The parking space has a generous size. The apartment has everything in terms of kitchenware and amenities.

The property is on a very old building, which is going through some basic make up inside (e.g doors painting etc). The building has a couple of very small old lifts, which break down every now and then, and the flat is on the 9th floor. Inside of the flat there was a bad smell coming from the small bathroom’s pipeline. The flat is old inside and to try to make up for it there’s some decor effort, as you can see in the property pictures.

The property was very clean and well decorated, which we really appreciated. The views of the beaches and surrounding mountains were especially beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Even though parking was advertised for the property, we were not made aware beforehand that it was not free. If we wanted a space at the apartment we were going to be charged by the host. As we did not pay the daily fixed fee for our own parking space at the apartment, we were returning in the evening to find no parking in the area. The nearest available public car park was a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. Very disappointed about this.

A perfect place for a family holiday. Only 20 minutes from Barcelona. 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Very hospitable hostess. We were impressed by how clean and well-prepared the apartments are. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside the house. No problems with free parking, 3 minutes from the house free car parks where it was always free.
