Borgo Foce La Spezia

The owner is extremely friendly, and even he did not speak English there was no problem in communication. He is helping with everything - from carrying the luggage, to explaining how does function everything in the apartment. He is living in the same house, so no problem to ask him something. The apartment is really nice. If there is no parking space, the owner is removing his car.

The house is a little bit far from the parking, so if you forget something you have to walk.

We liked the apartment, it was clean , well equipped with all the utilities and located at the hill site with a beautiful view to the mountains and seaside villages. The host is so kind and helpful, thanks for having us, we have enjoyed our stay.

The only small problem was location as the buses from La spezia central station are not frequent and after 7 PM there are no buses but the owner of the property was kind and he picked us by his own car from the station.

The place is very well equipped and spacious. Marcello is a very nice host and provided us with a lot of information about the area. We arrived earlier than expected and we were welcomed earlier.

The location is slightly on the outskirts and the apartment itself is a bit difficult to get to, especially if you have a lot of luggage. But the rest is worth it!

Nice apartment, very clean ,you have everything you need. Marcelo is very good host, always available.
