"Comfortable, clean and good location just outside city"

All instructions were super clear from where to park to how to use the coffee machine. Very comfortable, quality fittings throughout.

Nothing I’d be splitting hairs to think of something!

Immaculate accommodation, very comfortable, every little detail covered, very peaceful place. Lovely and helpful owners. Park and Ride just 10 mins away for Lincoln. We would recommend this lovely place.

"Lovely clean modern space"

Lovely space very clean, had everything we needed even some breakfast essentials. In a beautiful rural area if walking is your thing. Any questions we're answered straight away, making you feel looked after.

Nowhere to eat locally, but there are options for takeaway deliveries. Just 1 pub in walking distance but no food served.

Decor was lovely, clean, well appointed. Some lovely touches from the host, with fresh bread and milk on arrival and cereals and jams for breakfast. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was a bonus and very much appreciated. Ideal location for what we wanted.

Confined space (low headroom) but the apartment was tastefully furnished/designed.

"Perfect!"

Host sent me clear directions and instructions to get only the property. Facilities were excellent, everything you need. I messaged the host earlier in the day to ask if there was an iron, and they ensured the ironing board was delivered that day. Cereal available, delivered a loaf of bread and fresh Milk and had butter and Jams in the fridge. Toothpaste and women’s sanitary products available. Netflix available on the television: good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Lovely quiet location. Spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable two days whilst attending g the Lincs show. Nice little local pub 5 min walk away also: will be booking again for next year: loved it!

They had forgotten to put forks and knives back in the cutlery drawer.
