Pisizione centralissima, Appartamento enorme con cucina ben attrezzata, camera molto grande e letto confortevole. Anche il fatto di avere due bagni e' un pregio non da poco. Molto apprezzata anche l'offerta del servizio (a pagamento extra) del pass per la ZTL e parcheggi.

Non c'era (o non abbiamo trovato) un cestino per i rifiuti e mancavano prodotti (bagno doccia, shampoo) nei bagni. Peccati veniali, c'e' un Tigota' a 200m, abbiamo risolto rapidamente.

Beautiful chess ceiling, much space, perfect quiet location near the hidden river. And a parking! We felt as we were living in Mantova. Special thanks to Daniele, who saved us in all our difficulties! And to Matteo, who was always available by phone.

A pleasant, good sized studio apartment, located within a short walk of the centre of Mantua in a very quiet street.

Needs better attention to detail: 3 of the 4 hot plates on the hob didn't work, one bedside wall light wasn't functioning neither was the light in the utility area. The plug in the basin didn't work (we luckily always carry a universal one), there was no bath mat, kitchen towels or washing up cloth. There was no clothes airer, the ironing board had no cover on it and there was no iron. Also the washing machine flooded almost the entire apartment as the waste pipe had come away from the drain. Luckily we were there but didn't notice as we were reading. The caretaker, who was very amenable and apologetic, sorted it but we had to clear up the water using every towel in the place.
