Il personale è poco accogliente, la figlia presente alla reception di pochissime parole. Abbiamo chiesto l'ora del check out e ci è stato risposto "alle 9,30 ma se andate via prima è meglio perché dobbiamo pulire". Direi che non mi sembra un bel modo di rispondere ai clienti, le pulizie non sono un problema del cliente, piuttosto anticipa l'ora del check out ma non puoi rispondere in quel modo. Pessima risposta, peccato perché il posto è bello

Super Lage und ein wirklich toller Ausblick. Zudem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und man konnte sich sehr wohlfühlen.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Everything - it was absolutely fabulous

The view from balcony and the room was really nice as well.

On our last day we woke up a bit too late and forget that breakfast was only till 9:00, so when we went down at ~9:20 to check maybe we can still get something, at least coffee. When asked the administrator woman if there is still any possibility to get something to eat (very polite and acknowledging it’s our fault to be late), in few seconds she became very aggressive, on the way to kitchen she was hitting and kicking the walls, yelling in German, being upset that she needs to set the breakfast table for us. We were just kinda shocked about this reaction and didn’t understand what is happening, and just went upstairs to get our stuff and check-out. In one word I could describe her attitude - unacceptable, especially if you are working with customers everyday, that’s not how to deal with such situations.

Location, rooms, staff

I'd prefer more then one egg a person for breakfast... I'm 4 or 5 eggs kind of guy... Everything else in the hotel was perfect. There was some fertilizing going on on the nearby field and that did smell for a day but then it was fine.
