Ideal location even in winter with shops and pizzeria and pastecceria nearby. The apartment has everything you need including blankets for a winter stay.

Some of the drawers could be easier to open in the bedroom.

Washing/drying machine

- When we arrived (end of december) the door was wide open so it was very cold inside and the air conditioning was so weak that it took 24h to get a comfortable internal temperature. - The place was not clean: dust and other peoples hair on the floor, stains on the sheets,.. - Water pressure was very low so it was difficult to have a normal shower. + the details (no proper knife, no trash bags)

Location

Although it said WiFi it did not have it and if we had know this we wouldn’t have booked it as I needed WiFi. This was a deal breaker as far as I was concerned. Owners have an obligation to be honest or Booking.com will lose all credibility. It had no cutlery or corkscrew/ bottle opener - this is an apartment this is a requisite No signage and tiny number on house which can’t be seen at night. The mum is also not the number it said on booking.com website. No reply from owner to messages and questions. Having not answered any of my messages he then phoned me at twice!! at 1045 pm on the night before we were leaving to insure we left the apartment before 10 am the next day.

Great location close to beach and town. About a 10-minute walk from the train station. Very comfortable room.

Very nice apartment, 5-15 mins walking to 2 very nice beaches and very helpful and friendly team!

Host was pretty kind and location was awesome. Even more room was so clean so my baby daughter was really enjoying.

Quality of interior finishes, and the aircon!!! Location was fantastic, everything required on the doorstep.

We were driving and the lack of parking was a bit of a problem, but options nearby

Apartment in a great location, close to beach and good grocery shops. Nice balcony, comfy bed and shower with good pressure. Great walking close by. Parking available close by.

Superbly equipped and decorated appartment, ideally located for walking to beach and Maratea town. A fantastic supermarket is about 50 metres away.

Quite difficult to locate; needed clear signage on both the street and wall of the property.
