Nice and clean

I had to clean rooms by my self before going and the is R1500 that needs to be paid for damages it returns after so many days

No parking allocation /direction

That liquid dish washer went a long way. Thank you. Sufficient number of pots were made available. Sitting areas were very much comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped with cattery. Clean microwave, big fridge with ice trays, dish cloths, fast stove, big dining table and very much comfortable beds with fresh towels. Those were bonuses. Loved the bedroom lights with fans.

There was 1 parking spot and we had two vehicles. We did not know where to park. One resident who claimed to be member of the body corp. Knocked at my door at 5am to move my vehicle from where it was. He was not happy at all. He asked we call our agent to provide an additional parking bay. However, he assisted by proving me with another parking bay next to the fence. The shower needs yo be changed, water just goes all over the place. The long couch is old and isn't comfortable. Please get a smart tv if you aren't going to be proving dstv or netflix. A smart tv will allow your guests to connect their own accounts.

The apartment was specious, it's location was amazing. We enjoyed the sea view, it was great!

I didn't like the house rules, I've experienced a lot of places but it was my first time to encounter so many threads of fines that will be implemented if you don't do this or that, to me that was ridiculous. I discovered some tiny cockroaches and I was upset, please attend to this as a matter of urgency. The place look clean & neat and you don't expect a cockroach in the kitchen drawers.
