The location was good, within walking distance from the main beach. Shopping was also convenient, most supermarkets were just down the street. Close to Shelly Beach mall as well. Lovely beach and sea view from our balcony and own braai on our veranda.

There was unfortunately a water pressure issue in the flat complex. This was rather frustrating, seeing that it was very hot at the time and did not have running water at all times. There was also a pub on the corner that played very loud music on the 15th and 16th of December, when many people trampled the main road in front of the flats. Rest of the week was fine though, very peaceful.

The seaview from our accommodation was absolutely breathtaking. I wish I could wake up to it every single day. Without question, this was truly the highlight of our stay.

Our overall experience was significantly impacted by the fact that the lifts were not working. We were informed upon arrival that they had been out of order for weeks, which was incredibly disappointing. After a long 10-hour drive, we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs which is not an easy task by any means. What made matters worse was that I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother, who was unable to manage the stairs. Unfortunately, we had to make last-minute arrangements for her to stay elsewhere, which was both stressful and inconvenient. While the location and views are undeniably beautiful, the lack of functioning lifts and the absence of prior communication about this issue made our stay far less enjoyable than it could have been.
