O flat é limpíssimo, tanto a proprietária quanto a administradora, D. Regina foram super atenciosas e prestativas. Completamente equipado, o flat dispõe de tudo para dias de conforto e bem estar, o clima do local é super favorável e o apartamento é bem ventilado. O local é super calmo, tem tudo perto e é bem seguro. Recomendo demais!

Logo no primeiro dia, o chuveiro elétrico não funcionou mas a D. Regina logo providenciou o reparo.

Localização, bem no centro. Próximo à farmácia e mercantil.

Apenas da falta de garagem. Mas a cidade é bem tranquila e sempre tinha uma viatura que passava ou na rua ou nas proximidades.
