Everything inside the room was good. What give it a plus for me was the private parking. I also liked the location. Downtown is very busy but this is just 2 blocks away from the main downtown road so it's a quite neighborhood.

"Well situated"

Perfection location with a lot of restaurant around and 10 minutes walk From Centro. Best shower so far in Yucatan. Shared kitchen. Safe parking. Enough Space for a family of 4 with confortable beds.

"Best hotel for families and downtown location in Merida"

Great location, just two blocks from Parque Santa Ana and 4 blocks from Santa Lucia and the best restaurants. Kitchen is a great bonus plus no other place has two full rooms for this price. Owner and staff super nice and attentive. Best stay in Merida for families or those wanting extra space.

"Excellent choice"

Very spacious. Good beds and pillows. Excellent AC and fans. Easy walking distance to many sites. Good kitchen facilities and adequate dishes. Good shower. Felt very safe. Quiet after traffic died down.

I would have given this place a 10 but there was a slight smell of mildew in the apartment. Also getting in and out takes lots of keys--but that makes it safer, too. Otherwise it is great.
