double booked, didn't communicate effectively. Arrived at accommodation and no room available!

There was a mall within walking distance to get food either from the restaurant or supermarket. There was WiFi Stella was helpful and attentive It was in a secure compound. It had 1 1/2 bathrooms It's close to SGR Railway station why I booked it. It is not close to the city, it can take nearly 2 hours there and longer back if you are in traffic

It was not the whole apartment. I misread this and saw it later that you share the living room and kitchen. My daughter going to the hairdressers and been constantly attacked for the colour of her skin coming back in tears because she's not fully black. I thought we were past history to keep repeating again. It would have been nice to find a decent restaurant to eat but you are constantly stared at if you are a mixed or white shade. It's been a very tiring trip. There is no lift so anyone disabled this is not for you. Stella offered to help us transfer our bags as it is 2 flight of stairs. Constantly in traffic and dusty environment. People constantly staring at you so you are unable to go and find out about local food and meeting with local people and you start to become paranoid having to watch over your back every minute of the day

The host was good, and she would find time to advise us on where to go She was kind and the fist day she did the tradition Kenyan breakfast but we were too tired to enjoy also due to our dietary restriction

I did not like that it was a family home
