The unit was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything we needed was there. Very near the clubhouse. I liked the layout of the unit which was not cramped. It felt very spacious.

The water had a metallic smell and some coloration. The person assisting us didnt show up when we arrived. Good thing the owner had a plan B in place.

The host is not responsive, and the caretaker didn't answer my calls

Excellent Location. Private beach. Beautiful natural surroundings. Landscape. Mountains. Quietness. Gorgeous sunset.

The apartment needs better cleaning and a lot of repairs; it lacks maintenance. The communication with the owner was difficult. She only replied at the last minute, when we were already there.

We like the amenities, location

The apartment was roomy and the accommodation was adequate. Some of the light switches didn't work, the water dispenser was empty. The balcony sliding door did not lock which caused concern with the security of the apartment and our valuables. The caretaker did not really cater to our needs and was slow in replying to messages. For the most part I gave it a 7 out of 10 and I was being generous and courteous.

Cabinets and tv rack were dusty. I think it will look more neat if the unit will use a white beddings. And if they will change the curtains. Stained and dusty too.

Location

I'm having a problem with the loose cable of our internet and it is very inconvenient that we have to go somewhere else just to have an access to the internet.

Its easy yo communicate with caretakers and they are very accommodating and nice
