"Perfect location and with a few new furniture items the unit would be excellent."

Location perfect . The property was a bit run down and the single beds and lounges were very poor.No wi.fi .

No wifi and a very uncomfortable and old lounge.

no wifi, internet reception in Narooma was appalling with Vodafone ,having wifi would’ve been a bonus

"ok , but tired and old apartment"

the view and location is great ,

but the apartment is old and unclean . Floors dirty, dust everywhere , dirty windows and if you have people staying above you the noise from there toilet and shower is very loud - The apartment is old and needs some work

"Overall the location was excellent and yes I would absolutely stay again."

The location and so close to everything and the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the property size was awesome.

The property requires a split system, and ceiling fans, I was shocked the property this day and age did not have this. I would be concerned in summer how hot it would be without air conditioning. We had to use the heaters and these must cost a bit to run.
