The tenant on the first floor had dogs. They would bark like crazy whenever we used the stairs. He also had his door open at times. So, the dogs would run up and down the stairs to bark at us. Quite annoying.

So first the host tries to extort an extra 100€ for "stolen pillow & blanket" and unannounced dog staying at your apartment. Then I send you proof that you were informed about the service dogs and you change your allegations to Our dogs biting a pillow and peeing on a blanket. I ask for proof and they go completely quiet. I am not going to pay the 100€ you ask and I'm asking booking.com for a refund for my stay based on your false unproven allegations and harassment of two challenged individuals who have certified service dogs to assist them.
