El apartamento en sí es muy cuco y práctico. Silencioso por la noche. Supermercado al lado para lo esencial.La ubicación está cercana a la playa . Hay una cuesta en la calle y 500 m a lo sumo esta la playa.

La dificultad para aparcar. No hay parking y en verano suele estar llena la plazoleta de al lado y calles aledañas.
