Perfect view, large apartment, 1st floor and perfect location - you have all the best restaurants in 10 walk. In our case these were Andreev and Jumbo. The parking is right under the balcony and it's free, consider this as a plus with a random chance of having 0 places (never happened in our case during 5 days stay). Main bed is good and large, enough for 2 persons. Nice coffee in the restaurant and a good swimming pool with a safeguard

You should take the risk of random neighbours, I had to get up at night a few times to calm them down. Host is absolutely passive about this layer of issues Another and maybe the only significant issue : absence of washing machine. Spare bed creaks. Last point / advice: the nearest beach is not the best, consider walking till beaches near the south park. You will not regret

Awesome apartment! Bright and spacious rooms with a huge terrace and stunning view of the sea and the hotel parking lot. The room’s location is super convenient; you can step out and be on the main street in 30 seconds. And in another 1 minute and 30 seconds, you’re on the beach. Easy communication and check-in with the hosts. Really nice, polite, and responsive people. Thanks to them for the great stay.
