Entrance Small bathroom Room wasn't cleaned daily Bed was not made daily

There wasn't really any positives.

The room wasn't ready on time. No view as showed in pics on the website Banging and drilling at 8pm, called the owner who came and said it would stop in 1 hour. It did stop but started up again at 1am, the whole room was vibrating and it was super loud. The owner said he didn't own down stairs where it was coming from and couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a discount on the rate as we couldn't sleep and the owner said no. We asked for towels, we left a note on our door, the note was taken away and no towels left. the last 4 days of our stay we had no clean towels.

No breakfast was available

1.The room was only cleaned once in 7 days and that after we requested them to do so. 2.The Wi Fi was poor and dropped constantly 3.We had no hot water and it was not repaired despite us requesting urgent attention 4.There is no TV available except pay channels 5.The cleaning staff were incredibly rude 6. The property is hiden in an alley without any directions and took us very long to locate

Contactless handover of keys. Management was always available via WhatsApp. They send my personalized directions by WhatsApp video. Dedicated team, top location - I highly recommend the Colors Suites and will come back🥰

The room is big, spacious, modern, quiet and clean.

It would feel more secure with a door at the entrance of the corridor.

- A small cramped room with a tiny window overlooking the courtyard with a strange view - There is no designated parking spot, which caused inconvenience

Excellent proximity to center and to the beach

Location, the black suite is a self contained apartment and the staff are very helpful.
