Really great location, excellent communications. Perfect little studio for a couple

Great location, very central, just a couple of blocks back from the busy Main Street. Just occasional noise of people passing in the street but nothing to disturb us. Small place, beautifully done up to make the most of the compact size. It’s basically one room plus small shower room, so wouldn’t suit a long stay where you need a lot of space. One external flight of steps up. It was great for us for three nights. Easy access with key box, easy communication.

A very central location for Newquay, short walks to all the ideal places. Very clean and lovely apartment with everything you need to facilitate you throughout your stay. Communications was fantastic letting us know all the required information about the property prior to arriving with a detailed folder with information of Newquay inside the apartment. Quick response from the staff, answering any queries we had which was great. We will be booking this little gem again on return to Newquay!

Had a great stay. Central but fairly quiet location. I was using publuc transport, so great that bus station is just around the corner and the railway station not too far. Nicely decorated and comfortable property. Great advance communication from the host.

All was good. Happened to be staying in a heatwave so kept windows open to enjoy cool night air - which also let in the dawn chorus of seagulls... but, hey, it's the seaside and all part of the holiday experience!

Very cute and characterful little studio at a good price very close to the main town and beaches. Has been tastefully and practically decorated.

Nothing much. It is not large but you know what you're getting, it is a studio after all!! The steps up to the studio are a bit steep and could be a bit tough for someone with mobility issues.
