This is a great apartment. It clearly shows this has been a well cared for home at some point and has been fitted out to a high standard. Large living room/ kitchen, which was well equipped, included a washing machine, dishwasher and PlayStation. Twin bedroom, main bathroom and a double room, which also had an ensuite Just a five minute walk to town and beach, down the hill opposite. There were products provided all over the apartment, and the owners had clearly gone above and beyond to supply the little things that made a difference. Offstreet parking is provided in what is a busy location. There was a leak in the bathroom and a broken handle on the twin bedroom window. Spoke to the owner via Booking.com messages, which was answered quickly and both were fixed the very next day.

The building is next to a derelict hotel, which is being occupied by homeless people, who come and go over the wall in front, at all hours of day and night. This is unfortunately out of the apartment owners control, but it made us nervous, as the twin room, which looks onto the hotel, was booked for our teens to occupy. The parking space is tight. We own a people carrier and needed to unload first, then reverse into the bay. We then needed to park forward out of the bay to get out of the car. This was ok for us, and we were not advised not to do this at any time whilst staying, but this may be an issue for a nervous driver or if this isn't allowed. The road is busy and next to a pedestrian crossing Once all doors/windows are closed, this wasn't an issue at all.

More toilet rolls stored somewhere would have been helpful. Bed was comfy but creaky
