Idyllic studio with private pool

Host amazingly friendly. Garden beautiful and the property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Swimming pool spotless. Location for shops and all amenities perfect. Definitely will return.

Nothing to dislike

Andreas was so nice to my daughter and I. His place is a credit to him the gardens are so nice. We had everything we could have needed!

A great place, well-equipped, well kept, nice owner, not too far from supermarket and restaurants (but if you stay her, you’ll need a car anyway.) Every question or requirement is swiftly solved by the owner. Highly recommended.

There are some minor considerations: The apartment is situated south-east of Nicosia, most interesting places of the island are to the west/south-west, so you loose a bit of driving time. The building could have had better measures (deeper, less wide). If the pool had been turned 90 degrees, the outer space could have been used more effectively. (We didn't have breakfast outside though, since it was tooe cold). The entry to the property has a bump in the middle, you have to seek your track carefully with a small car.

We give 10 because there is no possibility to give more! Andreas and his wife are such good people and their place feels like home. In the house, you may find all the facilities needed for cooking your food. The bed is super comfortable with amazing pillows. We used a lot the area outside and the private swimming pool. The place was sparkling clean and driving to Nicosia took us a maximum 15min. There is a gigantic and beautiful garden on the property! You may wake up in the morning with the beautiful sound of the birds singing! As a farewell gift, Andreas and his wife gave us a package of oregano from their own production! Nowadays, it's hard to find people that rent their place with heart and not only for the money! Andreas and his wife's hearts are all around the place, it's easy to feel and see that! I only can thank you guys a million times for such an amazing experience!

Very well equipped and had everything we needed. Lovely gardens and pool, outdoor seating, good kitchen facilities. Perfect for a couple. Private parking and good location- short drive or bus into Nicosia town centre. Very friendly and helpful owners

Wonderful apartments. Very clean. Magnificent garden. There is everything you need for a long stay. Very hospitable hosts and an amazing dog.

Wonderful structure. Private and surrounded by a very well kept garden. Easy access to the motorway. Very welcoming and kind hosts, always going out of their way to ensure that their guests are happy.

The moment I arrived, a sense of calm washed over me, and the inviting environment made staying indoors much more appealing than venturing out. The cleanliness of the place was nothing short of remarkable, leaving me with a feeling of purity and relaxation. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the sparkling pool to the immaculate surroundings. Andreas, the host, was a standout in his dedication to ensuring a wonderful experience. As we arrived, there he was, waiting for us at the gate with a warm welcome. A quick message was all it took for him to be at my service, and his genuine care added an extra layer of warmth to the stay.
