The suite is nice and clean. Close to the center. We walked to the Christmas market. Parking nearby. Owner realy nice. We recommend!

Lovely spacious apartment, many bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Walkable into Ledra Street. Parking Across the road for 3 Euros (All Day)

Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Nicosia parte Cipriota all'interno di un palazzo residenziale dove c'è un grosso studio di avvocati. Noi avevamo una Suite Superior che sembrava un appartamento arredato con gusto e di alto livello. C'era veramente tutto a disposizione e la gentilezza del proprietario il Sig. Nikos veramente squisita. Si trova a pochi passi da Ledra street e da altre zone di attrazione e nel quartiere ci sono bar e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Anche un parking a pagamento a pochi passi a € 3 per 12 ore.

Parking was close & reasonably priced.

Our room was not serviced & the information said it was suppose to be. Contacted owner & got fresh towels delivered at 10pm. Lift is still 6 stairs from ground, making it very difficult as my husband has a disability & struggles with stairs. No working light in foyer No bathroom - shower one room, toilet another room, spa another room. No bench for toiletries or spot to do makeup. Toiletries ended up on kitchen bench. Shower is like a cupboard in bedroom but almost right next to the bed, however sower pressure very good. Cupboard doors under sink don’t open unless you pull from the bottom. No lock on sliding door to patio Hot water needs to be turned 30mins before you need it unless it’s sunny outside. Hard to find access to suites - no sign Lift feels quite unsafe. Bounces when you reach the floor. Door shuts on you & doesn’t stop, just bashing into you. Definitely not luxury accommodation. Would not stay again.
