Achillion Gardens, near UNIC By 'Flats Nicosia'

Ideal location for those having business with University of Nicosia. Proximity to Engomi mall, Orange Fruit market, Zorbas (open 24 hours) and several pubs and restaurants as well as certain embassies, which are within 5-15 minutes walking distance, is a major plus point. Comfortable apartment on 1st floor with large balcony, lift and private parking space. Maria is a superb host and responds immediately to any issue or concern. We have stayed many times and always loved it.

It would be nice to have a dish washer, a more modern washing machine and a balcony curtain which opens horizontally (east/west) rather than vertically (north/south).

Worn out couch should be replaced

Good location to University of Necosia easy accessible to public transportation and a lot of cafes and mini shops nearby and special thanks to the host Mrs Maria she is very decent and helpful

We’ve stayed before so we’re very excited to return! Everything was perfect as usual and Maria, the host, is highly welcoming and responsive. It was really lovely. The best location for anyone visiting UNIC university. Thank you to Maria 🙏🏻
