Cosy Apartment With Sea View Close To The Beach

Cozy, spacious apartment with great amenities, very good for a longer stay. The host was very attentive. We had a great time!

Everything was great, location across the beach. Sweet, cozy place. The apartment was fully functional. It has everything you could possibly need. The host was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. We would love to come back again.

It was a wonderful stay. We stayed 6 nights at the apartment in Nikiana. The hosts, Spiros and his dad were the kindest hosts! The apartment had a great atmosphere. We loved the apartment that was very big relative to 1bd apt. It had 2 balconies, one big with a dinning table and another one smaller with a sea view. In terms of facilities we had everything that we might need and much more. We aspecially appreciated the basket of fresh fruits, cold water bottles, and local wine waiting for us upon our arrival. For anyone traveling with a toddler, you can imagine how a few bananas and apples can be handy upon arriving to a new place and after a long drive 🙂 in terms of location: the beach was right across the street with shallow and clear water. There were additional nice beaches in a walking distance. A bakery for coffee and pastery just bellow the apartment and supermarkets and resturants within a walking distance of 3-10 min. other famous attractions/ beaches are 15-60 min of driving. We already started planing coming back here next summer

We had a wonderful stay here! The host is incredibly kind, friendly, and always available for anything you might need. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly want, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On days when you just feel like unwinding, you can enjoy the small but charming beach right across the street, intimate, peaceful, with crystal-clear and beautiful water. And if you prefer a slow morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the balcony while admiring the stunning sea view. Truly a lovely place to stay in Nikiana!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location is great - in a quiet, peaceful area. It’s not crowded or noisy, which made it very relaxing. The beach is nearby - while it’s not the most picturesque, it’s swimmable and nice to have so close. Parking was always easy along the road, and everything we needed was within walking distance: a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a few restaurants by the port, all about 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment is well-equipped with everything necessary for a short stay and looked exactly as on the pictures. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there’s air conditioning in the bedroom and main room, which was a big plus during the hot days. The kitchen is compact but perfectly fine for preparing a light breakfast. The terrace was especially convenient for drying clothes after swimming all day, and also nice for sitting outside in the evenings. The host, Spiros, was very friendly, spoke good English, and gave us some tips about the island. He was always available, and if any issue comes up in the apartment, he’s quick to fix it.

One thing to note is that there was occasional noise from neighbors late at night - sometimes loud voices on the stairs or banging sounds from above around midnight or later, which could be heard even with earplugs.

Everything was very nice. Especially the warm welcome and kindness from our host and the surrounding. The apartment is beautiful there are two balconies with sea view and the AC helps you to keep your nights comfy. Everything you need is very close. There is a bakery right next to the apartment and supermarkets are very close by, too. Also there is a little beach just on the other side of the street. The host Spiros is very nice and caring, he will answer any question you have in a very short period of time. Long story short we didn't miss a single thing and we will book our next vacation in Lefkada definitely again at Spiros' apartment.

Location was great, on the edge of town with easy foot access to everything. Bus stop around the corner and beach across the road. Amazing host as well!
