31B Urban Stays

The interior design is awesome, all the facilities and furnishings are there, and in perfect condition.

After staying in 31a last year we decided to come back but stay in 31b both rooms are very clean and modern with a calm feel. love both rooms and don't have a favourite. Both rooms are quiet and you cant hear traffic noice. The hosts are very helpful and are just a call away. we struggled to use the code for the door at first then remembered you have to type it slowly and wait for the beep before pulling the door. The cafe downstairs is brilliant for a morning coffee and brunch Love this place and will be back again next year

Amazing property, great location, spotlessly clean with great facilities, really spacious, cozy and super funky vibes. Alexa hooked up to the lights and blinds was a great touch too.

Amazing room. So smart. Loved the Alexa lights. Short walk to town. Best value for money room I have stayed in.

Plenty of space; the urban-themed decor with lots of wood & metal worked well; blinds, lighting & music could be controlled remotely using Alexa; convenient location on a bus route into city centre and with supermarket & pub nearby as well as Urban Lounge coffee shop downstairs
