Pristine 2 bedroom apartment with off street parking

Spacious,especially lounge, warm, comfortable. Plenty of parking, quiet. Easy access to Norwich. Reasonable price . Would stay again if some changes made. Has potential to be more attractive with improved facilities.

Access to house very awkward re doors opening into each other so very difficult with luggage. Outer door needs to be rehung to open outwards. Communal hall grubby, stair carpet filthy. Not welcoming. Be aware if you have mobility issues (we don't). Flat on 2nd floor. Stairs narrow and awkward, especially towards the top. Flat itself clean. Furnishings literally shades of grey. Really needs some colour - bright cushions, bright bedding, pictures. Lid to kitchen bin won't stay closed - unpleasant and unhygienic. Cutlery vey cheap quality with bent knives, don't cut. Needs replacing. Inadequate supply plates, bowls, mugs. Shelf in fridge door missing, so nowhere to safely store opened milk cartons etc. Small shower cubicle, poor water pressure. All these issues could easily be addressed and really improve the guests' experience.

too hot, had to turn down heating. stair carpet was dirty. cramped parking location. soul less, needs colour to be more engaging no condiments . double bedroom cramped,difficult to get to other side of bed

The property is at the top of the house. There was no hint of this for older people or someone with a disability.

Location was good, being only a short walk to family so ideal for us. The appartment good, lounge is very spacious with a comfy sofa. Well equiped kitchen too. Also it was very peaceful, very relaxing place to stay.

Tv in smaller room wasn't working, not sure if it was batteries in the remote? Freezer didn't seem to be working? Neither of these affected our short stay but maybe if staying for longer, they would be more of an issue?

Quiet location. Right by a bus stop into the city. 5 mins on bus. Off street parking

Bedrooms were a bit cramped. Living room smelt a bit of drains. Bedding did not look very fresh.

Front door opens the opposite to the inside door makes it a bit awkward to get in
