Aesthetically pleasing property with a great location

Firstly, the apartment was not as advertised. It was advertised that there were two bedrooms, bedroom 1 containing 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and bedroom 2 containing 1 double bed aswell as two sofa beds in the living space. Bedroom 1 did not contain a double bed. Another issue with the property was that there was one singular air conditioning unit in the living room that did not affect the air of the bedrooms. This made sleeping conditions very uncomfortable. The biggest issue of all was the broken toilet seat present when we arrived. We thought nothing of it until when we tried to claim back our deposit, one of the property managers came to inspect the property, walked straight into the bathroom and kicked the toilet seat…… this was obvious that the issue here was known to the owners and was used as a scam to collect a €50 charge from us.
