We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We appreciated the warm welcome and excellent communication. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in a great location. Tram and bus stops are nearby, as well as a Lidl supermarket, which is very convenient. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful – ideal for a relaxing stay.

For a 7-day stay, I was provided with only one set of towels, which might not be enough for a longer visit. There was one cloth in the kitchen, but no paper towels, which would have been useful.

A very pleasant apartment in a new development, with a garage. Lidl is about a 3-minute walk away, and there’s a nearby stop for transport to the city center. Clear instructions from the owner, peaceful and quiet.

King bed was OK, however sofa where I slept was unusable. Sofa was split in 2 parts: very narrow back part (like only 40cm wide) with very uncomfortable cambered foam and front part (wide enough) with prickly springs inside. Also, there was strong noise from a fan behind the fridge in the same room. It was turning on and off in 20 minutes intervals for 10 minutes. It wasn't the fridge compressor, it was definitely some kind of fan. It was impossible to sleep there. I paid more to avoid train station and highway nearby but didn't count with this. This fan "feature" was something I never experience before in any stay.

Optimal location, 3 min walk to a big supermarket and a 4 min walk to the tram ( takes 3 stations to St Moritz church and downtown and 5 stations to the St Wencenslav church). Apartment is in a new building (there are several 3 storeys block of flats in the area, some still under construction, a huge underground garage), two restaurants within 250-300 m. Large bathroom and shower tray. Small welcome pack: free coffee and bottled water. Good internet. Perfect for a 2-3 days stay in Olomouc, a visit to discover one of the nice cities in Czech Republic. Contactless check in, every door opened via a code received day of arrival from Michal. Remote for the garage door was in the flat. Clean, spotless, cosy apartment, more quiet as we were expecting.

Could have been even a 10, but there are small things which we were missing: absence of reading lamps in the bedroom (yes, there are still people who are reading!), dimming-light equipment does not help too much, absence of a toilet paper holder and an item to deposit your washing gels/shampoo/sponge in the bathroom. Not our case, but for longer stays maybe some people would appreciate a washing machine (pre-equipment is present in the bathroom, only machine is missing). The couch in the living is not comfortable at all and obsolete, the bed is acceptable but very "noisy" (same for the couch), maybe it is time for an upgrade. It's a pity, as the rest of the furniture looks quite new. In the immediate neighbourhood there is a construction site (same block of flats are being built). In spite of low temperatures and winter time, at 7:45 the workers started hammering (surprinsingly it was quite after 9:-9:30). When temperature will rise, suppose there will be a lot of activity on the construction site- owner of the apartment cannot be held responsible for that, of course, but I believe one has to take it into consideration. Most probably, at the end of the year, the buildings will be ready.

A new and well equipped apartment. The nearest tram stop and Lidl supermarket are 3 min walk. Reserved parking in a garage basement. Helpful owner.

Nothing much to complain.

Spacious, quiet, and up-to-date place. Big balcony. Private parking.

Some housing constructions nearby, but hardly hear a thing from inside.
